• Your mobile number and email address are hidden by default within the App to prevent unauthorized access or misuse. However, you can opt to display your phone number and email address to all users within the App. If you choose to make this information public, other users will be able to view it.
• We have implemented strict design and technical measures to protect sensitive data and ensure a secure environment for all users.

If you come across content that violates our society guidelines, you can report it via the email provide at the 12th section of this policy. You can attach screenshots and send them for review. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate actions, including removing content or blocking the responsible user.

This is a private application used exclusively by verified members of the society. All users are vetted by an admin or committee members before joining. As such, we expect all users to interact respectfully and responsibly.

11. Account Deletion Policy

You have the right to delete your account at any time. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Tap the "Profile Icon" in the top left of the Dashboard.
3. Click the "Delete Account" button.

Once deleted, all your data, including personal information, will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

12. Restrictions on Screenshot and Screen Recording

To protect user privacy and sensitive information, we prohibit the taking of screenshots or recording of screens when viewing user profile images. Any attempts to capture or record your profile image will be blocked to safeguard your personal data.
